Interview
The first interview was a bit odd, they have a group of people together and just talk about the company. The have you fill out a questionnaire to determine if you’re the right fit for the job. If you want to go back for a second interview, you let them know you are interested and they call you back the same day to come back later in the week. The second interview is where they ask you questions about your previous employer and why you want to work there. The offered me a job that same day. It was a pretty quick process and not very stressful as most other companies are. You do have to get a license and pay for the classes.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
