I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Radiolabeled Chemicals (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2015
Interview
Met with the President, we discussed job requirements and daily job duties and expectations. The interview questions were fairly standard. They asked if I was comfortable with the tedious process required to get into and out of the lab and the strict requirements of handling radio-chemical products.

Interview
Stared by filling out a form with some basic questions. One was have you ever sued a former employer (huge red flag). Was later taken into the lab, it was extremely dirty and disorganized, it felt like the air conditioner was on the fritz if it even existed. Was asked a series of background questions by one of the chemists after being shown around.
Eventually I make it into the lobby. I heard the boss screaming at the secretary to rescind an offer from someone else and offer me their job because I had more experience. I was then called into his office and given an offer for a different position than the one I applied for on the spot, I said I needed to think and declined a few days later. I didn't even want to use this offer as a bargaining chip to negotiate a raise at my current position as I didn't want to risk having my bluff called.
