Not technical mostly behavior interviews. They care about causal inference though. Be prepared to talk about data analysis experience with concrete examples. Overall very organized and straightforward. Second round is a super day

Application
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Analysis Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2010
Interview
Phone interview to check for fit, then brought in for full day of interviews. Interviews were with one or two people, some basic case questions, but mostly looking to see if you would work well in company. They go through your resume pretty carefully, so be prepared to talk at length about each of your experiences. Everyone was really nice!

Question 1
What are some factors that affect lifetime earnings?
The interview process consisted of an initial round focused on behavioral and technical questions assessing problem-solving ability and communication skills. The final round included multiple interviews with team members covering leadership experience, statistical reasoning, knowledge of the firm, and understanding of health economics concepts.
Standard first interview, mostly seemed to test how you talk about analyses and communicate complex ideas. With two senior analysts who were together at the office. Included more small talk than anticipated
