online ap, read a phrase that was recorded by the company because it is a phone job, group discussion of job and then schedule selection. There was no real interview process, they only wanted to make sure you could read and had a phone friendly voice.

there was no initial interview, it was extremely easy to get the job as long an you can read and type, and have the ability to use multiple screens during the calls.
