Very easy. 2 supervisors met with me and asked me questions about my experience. Everything was kept lighthearted, and they offered me the position. Easiest job I ever had, and I learned a lot of things like, how to de-escalate an irritated caller, how to work with difficult coworkers, how to ask for more responsibility, and how to be a better trainer.

It was very smooth , relaxed atmosphere , my interviewer was very polite and her self. Typing test was easy and everyone that I spoke with that day was very friendly
