Metrics, Tell me about a time you failed, how do you work with teams.
I was recently approached by a Recruiter from Appian with regards to a London role that had been open for some months. I agreed to a phone call to learn more about the role however when I spoke to the Recruiter, she simply fired a bunch of questions at me and made no attempt to be friendly, build rapport or sell the company to me. At the end of the call she said I had some good skills and experience and that she would be in touch in a couple of days to set up a follow up interview. I never heard back from her and then 2 weeks later I received an automated email saying that my application had been unsuccessful, which was interesting considering I never actually applied, they approached me and said that I would have a second interview. Overall this has been an extremely disappointing experience and a very rude and unprofessional way to treat someone.
