Apple Farms interview questions

After emailing my cover letter, I received an email for an interview within the day. As I went through the interview, I was asked multiple questions about my work ethic and goals. I was also encouraged to ask questions during the interview. The hiring manager introduced the interview as a conversation rather than interrogation.
