The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (San Marcos, TX) in Apr 2011
Interview
Apple was recruiting on campus at Texas State University, so I went to a small on campus presentation. I then submitted my resume online, and was contacted a few days later to interview one on one on campus. The interview was about 30 minutes, at which time the interviewer asked a couple of basic knowledge questions about computers and the internet and my experience with Apple products. She was mostly concerned with customer service and making sure I could empathize - Apple is really big on this. About three days later I received a phone call offering me the job.

Question 1
A customer is crying on the phone, she has spilled water on her laptop which is no longer functioning. Water damage is not covered under Apple warranty thus she is not eligible for refund or replacement. What do you tell her, and how?
Normal behavioral questions interview. Was mostly a conversation and previous experiences that could help with the position. Tell me about a time where... etc. Interviewers were very nice and it was a good experience.
Asked about prior work, current schedule, knowledge regarding subject matter. I didn't get into any informational interview questions until the third interview. The first two interviews were practically all formal greetings and making sure there aren't schedule or schooling conflicts.
