First round was completely conversational and mostly being told about the job and being asked if I was interested and presenting what I thought made me a good candidate from my resume. Asked to create a presentation and evaluate my thought process in making decisions about the business strategy.

What on your resume makes you a good candidate for this position?
The interview process took a little over a month. Interviewed with the Director, then a manager, and finally two team members. I had to prepare a PowerPoint and present it to one of the team members. Did not receive an offer but when asked HR why not I received no answer. I felt as if it was a complete waste of time since it took me a week to prep for the ppt.
