Interview
All the human resources manager did was explain the size of Aramark, the amount of money they make, the locations where they can be hired and there global position. His interview had nothing to do with what we would be working as. I found that out two weeks after filling out more paperwork and waiting for a phone call that never came. until I went in person.
The interview was nice, they had a few rounds of online meetings where they asked some basic questions after an initial phone screening. Interviewers were nice throughout the process. I also felt that they asked fair questions for the most part so that was another positive.
The process is impersonal, but it is a big company and highly competitive. The interview process is pretty easy and straight forward, however the interview is online. They ask questions and give you about 2 minutes to answer the questions.

It was easy. Not much to do. The process was quick as well. You can begin working as soon as possible, when school is in season. I recommend if you are looking for easy on-campus work.
