I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aramark (Toledo, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was a current, student employee when I asked for the interview. With my work ethic and experience, I got the interview right away. I had to interview with the Operations Director and the Sr. Food Service Manager. Both were fairly short interviews since I work with both managers. The majority of the interview was about related experience and how you have previously handled certain situations.

Question 1
"How long do you see yourself in the company, and are you looking to advance further in the company?"
Telefónica, formal, cordial. Uno de esos procesos que están abiertos constantemente y no es que necesitan a la persona ya. Me nombraron el sueldo, me hicieron preguntas sobre mi vida personal para ver si podía combinarse con el trabajo.

Question 1
Donde vivía. Si tenía auto, cuántas personas había supervisado antes, algunos procedimientos típicos del puesto (control de costes, manejo personal, etc)
Quick and simple. We met, discussed the job and expectations of management, and I was made an offer. The paperwork was all via email, and the onboarding process was pretty easy and straightforward for the most part.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
1 interview that was taken 1 on 1 at a company held job fair. Fairly standard, just make sure you ask detailed questions. Asked about my previous experience and some relevant questions probing if I would be able to handle certain aspects of the position.
