I was contacted my their in-house recruiter who found my resume online. The recruiter was initially very fast to get back to me, and conducted an initial phone interview. Following the phone interview, he asked that I complete a online skills/IQ/Background test. I found the test to be extremely lengthy and required you to really focus. (A lot of SAT like questions, including math and vocabulary) Almost immediately after completing the assessment, he called back and conducted another phone interview. I was very impressed by their quick response. He scheduled an in person interview for two weeks later. Their office was pretty empty, and seemed almost vacant. I was told that I would meet with an area manager, but upon arriving I was told that it would be a panel interview including the VP as well. The interview took about an hour, but it was mostly involved them talking about other people within the company. I was not able to explain my experience much, and felt that it was a little out of the norm. They did not even ask me about what I would bring to the table. They informed that they would take three weeks to make their decision, and I followed up with the appropriate thank you notes and emails. I got no response, even after contacting the recruiter, I got a lot of empty promises about them contacting me later in the week. Apparently, they do not like to tell someone no, or follow up. This says alot about the organization, and I don't think I would be a good fit within it.
