Had a phone screen with head of talent and then did an interview with the team. Despite mulitple follow ups with the head of talent was simply ghosted.
Team didnt seem to have any questions ready and I ended up asking most of the questions.

HR Phone call and then technical round.
Didn't receive a call back or email saying you are selected or not selected. This shows how unprofessional the hiring employees are and you don't wish to work for such company.

Question 1
You will be asked more of devops related questions and few or no coding related questions. If you are a developer, make sure you know concepts around devops mainly with Azure and yes you are expected to be architect as well. As a consultant, looks like you have to be solo all rounder.
The technical interviewer (older gentleman) seems to have less experience in actual coding / IAC and more into click ops.

Screening interview was excellent. Great candour, very casual, spoke heavily on the benefits and why it was a great place to be. Easy interview.
Second was a f2f with 2 potential colleagues. Again, casual however at the end they completely ghosted me. Followed up twice and didn't even bother responding
For a "professional services" team, there was nothing professional about the process
