Interview
I had a phone call interview that was 30 mins where all of the job details were discussed and the interviewer asked questions about my professional background. Then I was called in for an in person interview where I shadowed someone in the same role and had a detailed conversation with the manager. The whole process was direct and efficient. I was able to get a great insight on what the role requires and how the training is conducted.

Interview
The interview process was an awesome experience. They gave me a tour and let me shadow someone with the role I was applying to. This allowed me to see what a day looks like for a customer success associate. Afterwards, I was interviewed by two customer success managers. This interview gave me insight on the role expectations and company culture.

I got a tour of the office and then shadowed with another CSA and then had a one on one interview. I really enjoyed the experience and felt very comfortable with everyone.
