I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. It began with an email to coordinate a good time for a phone call. The phone call itself was very relaxed and conversational, which made it a comfortable experience.
A couple of days later, I received a follow-up email offering me a final interview in Tampa, Florida, where I had applied. They even covered the cost of my travel from Michigan, which was a great gesture.
When I arrived for the interview, I started with a 30-minute job shadowing session. After that, I was interviewed by two hiring managers for about an hour and a half. The entire process went smoothly, and I felt very comfortable sharing my background and experiences with them.
Overall, I highly recommend the experience!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Tampa, FL) in May 2026
Interview
It was very insightful and well rounded. I thought the tour and shadow were great to learn more about the company and Tampa office, as well as how the day to day is and get to hear from people that have been working there for a while and get their honest opinions on the job. The environment was awesome, and I felt very comfortable the entire time. PJ and Vinny were great to interview, they asked good questions and shared very useful information. They also gave it to me straight and didn’t try to dance around certain parts of the job. Everyone answered my questions very concisely and was very responsive and respectful to me.
