The process starts with a take home assignment. Everyone was super nice, and the recruiter was the best recruiter I have ever had. Even gave me feedback after rejections, which is very rare in most interview processes.

After submitting my application, I was sent a homework assignment. It was fairly intensive, took me about 8-10 hours to complete and submit. They emailed me a few days later that they will not be moving forward with my application.

Spoke with engineer at a job fair, then I spoke with another employee over the phone and was referred to the position. I received an email with a take home assignment, very thorough.
