Very quick, asked questions about my teaching methods, experience etc. I was asked to do a sample mini lesson on a poem. I was offered a position at the end of the interview.

They invited for vitural interview and then in person interviews with the demo presentation, i was told they will provide the decision after 48 hours. After 48 hours no response for the decision yet.

It was a pretty good interview process especially since they broke it down and gave you a feel of being a teacher. It was calm and didn’t feel like it was an interview.
