Interviewed me one on one. I then interviewed with the Senior tech. I was toured around the facility and was informed of the day to day operations. I was asked questions in regards to transportation and time scheduling. I was also asked questions in regards to troubleshooting such as, "what are the first steps you take to resolving a customers issue of having a slow PC?".

Interviewing was ok. I have experience and I was able to respond correct to all questions asked. They over-sold the company and talked about stuff that never got implemented. I was told about career advancement opportunities, but it never happened.... as they are firing, not hiring.
