I was interviewed for the role of HRBP. The interviewer was yawning all the while. It just looked sad to me. She was feeling restless and looked as if she was forced to work. She did not have any enthusiasm. I would have fallen asleep if the call had continued a little more. Why do you even want to interview someone when you are not completely into it? Why do you want to torment your own brand image? If a candidate needs to be presentable, so does the interviewer(s).
