The company conducted a test with 30 questions 28 MCQs (SQL, Docker, Power BI) and 2 coding questions restricted to Python. I knew the logic for both coding problems but couldn’t submit them since I don’t code in Python.
I was shortlisted for Technical Round 1, which went well, and I was told to wait for Round 2 at 11:30 AM. After waiting until 5 PM, I was told they would get back to me and later received a rejection.
It seemed they were only looking for Python developers and were not interested in candidates with good problem-solving skills from other domains. The process felt poorly managed and wasted a lot of candidates’ time.
