Interview comprises of three stages first aptitude and reasoning and the next two technical rounds and atlast HR process, the overall process was good and technical will be difficult clearing first round will be easy second is moderate and third will be a bit tough.

Two level interview process is there in aspire sysytems First level common c# questions. Asked some coding via chat. Second level also good question s. No hard questions. The interviewer was good person

Telephone interview with recruiter mostly checking your english level then another technical interview with a team manager mostly asking generic software questions from a range of topics from oop, database, backend development, .net development, mvc, web api, rest, etc.
