1. A small discussion with an HR executive, in which they ask you about your salary expectations and about yourself. They give a short introduction about company.
2. A technical round with senior employee of the company, in which he asked me some technical questions from statistics and programming languages. Lastly, he assigned me a task of analyzing a predictive maintenance data(the data is not provided by the company, I had to find myself) and present to them within next 2 days.
3. Presenting analysis of data. i presented my report in front of the same person who took my technical round and 2 other employees from statistics background. It was quite nice round, they asked me few questions on report(Why, How, etc.)
4. Lastly, the founder of the company asked me some questions(except technical ones).
5. A final discussion with HR head on salary.
Cons:
After the selection, it took them more than 3 days to give an offer.
