They are in such a need for employees they will hire anyone who walks through their doors, even if they are incompetent. They give you a short 10 question exam on basic EMT Knowledge with a lifting test.

Arrived for the interview and the interviewer had me effectively re-write my online application on a paper form. Interviewer looked over my application and certificates, we chatted, and then they asked me maybe 2 "job interview questions". The process was very short and I felt that I had over prepared.
