I went through five interviews for one position, and was subsequently told I was better suited for another position. The process until this time was very smooth, until my application was handed over for the second position. I interviewed with one more person before a case presentation round. The case round is intensive and requires diligent research for ~35-40 hours. The calendar invite for this meeting wasn’t shared until a day before the presentation. I then presented to a team of four others, after which I followed up twice with the HR, and received no response in return. I would have expected that a company of this stature and repute would treat prospective candidates with reasonable respect for their time and effort but unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be the case.
