Asked about my previous work experience, asked to explain my last job, reasons for leaving, job responsibilities, etc. Asked me about my community involvement, what I did to remain active and how "I lived the brand," asked me what I knew about Athleta, asked me to explain my managing style, asked me what I did in my spare time, asked me where I would like to see myself in the next 5 years, asked me why I wanted to work for Athleta, asked me what "Power to the She" meant to me, overall, it was a very easy going interview, just make sure that you go through are able to explain your past work experience concisely and thoroughly and all with a smile on your face!
