      Interview

I applied online..fairly easy online application, was called three days later to set up an interview with General Manager. They were very welcoming and easy to talk to. Asked about my previous work experience, asked to explain my last job, reasons for leaving, job responsibilities, etc. Asked me about my community involvement, what I did to remain active and how "I lived the brand," asked me what I knew about Athleta, asked me to explain my managing style, asked me what I did in my spare time, asked me where I would like to see myself in the next 5 years, asked me why I wanted to work for Athleta, asked me what "Power to the She" meant to me, overall, it was a very easy going interview, just make sure that you go through are able to explain your past work experience concisely and thoroughly and all with a smile on your face! Athleta loves when you smile and are easy to talk to
