I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atrium (Columbus, IN) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had an exceptionally fast and professional experience with Atrium. Given my situation following a layoff, the team moved quickly, completing four stages in just two days.
The process consisted of:
Initial Screening: A conversation with an HR/hiring specialist focused on culture fit.
Hiring Manager Interview: A blend of technical discussion and deeper values alignment.
Technical Assessment: A session with a technical resource to gauge my experience and personality.
The Offer: A final call to extend the offer.
Having existing connections within the company helped streamline the decision-making on both sides. Compared to other companies I interviewed with, Atrium was uniquely eager and proactive. While my process was accelerated, I imagine timelines vary by role, but their commitment to candidate experience is clear.
Very thorough interview process that ensures they are hiring the right people. Thought provoking questions, and a really great group of people. I found that my interviewer was extremely transparent which helped grow my desire to work for the organization
