Had to fill out an online application, but it's very generic. Every time they re-post the position, it says you applied instead of simply allowing you to reapply. Finally was noticed after an employee referral.

Interview
Saw the job posting online and submitted my resume and demo to program director. The program director contacted me quickly and proceeded with a brief description of the job, company, and what he was looking for. Interview was scheduled, and hired on the spot.
