Friendly initial phone conversation with HR. Phone interview with line manager. In person interviews last 2.5 hours -- 3 in a row, each with a different person(s) from different areas of the business.
Despite me getting in contact multiple times they haven't told me the outcome 3+ weeks later.

All behavioural questions. "Tell me a time where you had to make a snap decision without anyone to consult and then regretted the outcome. What did you do? What would you have done differently?" etc etc
