The process was well structured and organized. The hiring manager performed a 30 minute phone screen and asked for me to rate my abilities (on a 10-point scale) on a half dozen or so criteria important to the job along with examples. I thought this was a good way to initially measure competency, articulation and general fit. The onsite interview was with 4 people - 2 junior analysts, 1 senior analyst and the hiring manager. The questions were fair and interesting.
