Avatier Corporation interview questions

Four Meetings with the CEO and all four the CEO either didnt show up showed up 30 minutes late and when he did show up he wasnt completely focused and asked the same questions over again.. In short he has NO patience or focus ---TOTAL ADD without the medicine. .. Also they have tried to hire for the role multiple times in the past year and failed. He is quick to hire and fire and focuses on the short term. and this guy is the reason candidates run walk away.

The interview process was really straight forward. Everything was pretty much laid out for you so when you started you knew exactly what you were getting into. The process was real quick. Chi was really responsive on emails and phone calls.
