Interview
The interview process was for 3-4 hours along. Structured like a job dating style and you were made to join a long queue to be interviewed by HR and MD. They realized they were running out of time so made random workers who were helping out also conduct interviews. The booze during the cocktail session was really good though. The only up side of it all.
Friendly and professional panel, ayming to put you at ease. Standard interview questions, industry-, role-specific and HR-style questions, motivation for joining, personal fit. Sufficient time left for questions to the panel
