A etapa de dinâmica consistiu na análise de um case de uma empresa fictícia. O problema em questão era definir a melhor estratégia para o release do novo produto da marca. Todos os candidatos deveriam discutir em conjunto a melhor estratégia e apresentá-la aos gestores.

Foi realizada uma entrevista individual em que o entrevistador perguntou sobre a minha opinião a respeito do meu desempenho e do grupo na definição e apresentação do case.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BAT (Tokyo) in Oct 2024

Applied through Linkedin, and the HR reached out through email with a time table to choose on my own of available interview time slot.
The first interview was a 15 minutes screening interview, with English and Japanese.
The HR was professional and nice, very good time management.
