The interview process was through and professional. it was with the national sales manager and one of the key accounts managers and lasted for just under one hour. I then received the outcome of the interview within the week

Durante il colloquio chiedono le proprie esperienze per valutare hard e soft skills, domande per testare la conoscenza del dark market e domande in inglese per testare il livello di lingua

Interview
For hiring usually used 5 steps of intervew: CV, call, interview with HR, assesment center, interview with functional manager/ Head of function. Sometimes semms that there are no logic in selecting people. Meanwhile, most hired people are very potential.
