15 minute quick call with HR for first phone call. Then a 30 min call with 2-3 managers. They were all really nice and helpful. They were very transparent about expectations.
It was a pretty simple process. I was asked basic questions regarding my job history, knowledge and what I was looking for. I was able to set up it up myself online.

Interview
Same as the other posting, I was interviewed by the recruiter. I was asked repeatedly about my salary expectations. This was the focus of the phone screen and the recruiter quickly ended call after after stating the position range ($45-$60,000). This is very low for managing pharmaceutical meetings. This position should be posted as a Junior Meeting Planner so its not mis-leading. They appear to be a great organization otherwise.
