I haven't heard back from them after submitting a solution to their coding test. In 3 weeks I sent about 5 reminder emails and I still have no feedback on my coding test. I had a 30 minutes call with the Resource Director in which I was asked about my experience and what I know about the company. She elaborated on what the company does, development methodologies used and asked me to do a coding test offsite.
