Got a phone interview first and asked some behavioral questions. Such as why BMO, how did you show your loyalty to the company, give me an example how you handle constructive feedback. The recruiter speaks a bit quickly when she asked the questions.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
1-on-1 with assistant branch manager. Why do you want to work at a bank? Behaviour questions, like what would you do if you made a mistake. Tests your language abilites like Chinese.
