Applied through Indeed back in 2021. Got an invitation to do a one-way video interview that surprisingly had a lot of behavioural questions. After, was invited to an online group panel interview with a bunch of branch managers in the area and other candidates. Whole interview was around 1h30. Got called by HR a day or two after interview.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
