I applied online. I interviewed at BMO US (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2015
Interview
Phone interview by a recruiter first. Basic interview questions ie describe a time you had to take action to achieve a specific outcome. NExt day scheduled an in person interview for the following day. Interviewed by 3 managers I'm assuming which I did not expect, so I got a little nervous, but one hardly spoke and the other weren't drilling questions, just trying to get to know me. Asked 3 words you think your FRIENDS would describe you as. Detailed the training process, asked a few similar questions as the phone interview. Not a bad experience, still waiting for a call back, interview was last week.
