I applied through university. I interviewed at Bad Girl Ventures (Over-The-Rhine, OH) in Jul 2012
Interview
I got the interview through UC's Professional Practice class. You need to have some special things to make them have some impression on you. My previous internship was in another non-profit, which was one of their 'bad girl' organizations, so I talked about it with them. Also, my computer skills helped me got the position because they needed someone to play with Salesforce. After the interview, I was matched to the organization. I like all my coworkers there, they were very nice to me. Office was in Over-The-Rhine, so it's OK to work there just daytime. Work culture is great because you can learn a lot about entrepreaunership from their business classes and from the 'bad girls', but my job duty was just too easy for me.

Easy and limited questions. Most of the time they were describing the job and their company to me.
