The screening interview process involved two member attorneys from the firm. It was a quick 20 minute interview that was to see if I were to be a good fit.

One phone interview with office manager followed by interview in the STL office with 5 attorneys. No contact with KC office during interview process, which thought was odd, since it is the controlling office. Standard questions. No behavioral questions.
