The interview was okay, straight forward and to the point. I came in, they asked me some questions and then talked to me about the company. A lot of the interview was the interviewer explaining the differences between BR and other retail companies. Overall, the interview process was relatively painless.

Very chill, you talk to the manager one-on-one and style some scenarios that then get reviewed. The questions are about avaliability, past experience, and general fit. I heard back within forty eight hours.
Typical Star method questions of talking about your strengths and weaknesses. The interview is very behavioral. They will also ask about your previous experiences and how you handle certain situations. For example, how do you handle an upset client

They were very open about the role and expectations and made room to get to understand the interviewee. Also had a styling session to learn how I thought and explored style.
