Focused on veterinary experience and knowledge. I was starting off in the field so I knew some restraints and vaccines already. Of course there’s some basic customer service questions too like “tell me how you handled a situation where a customer was unhappy/ upset”.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
