process is lengthy, different rounds, difficult scenarios, typically three to four rounds; Stubborn HRs; No negotiations entertained; good office infra; It took around 2 months to release the offer. and formalities took another half month. huge processes
I had interviewed with Bank of Boston which later became Fleet and then Bank of America. The experience then was pleasant and typical of an interview. Met with HR and hiring manager. Got an overview of the position and answered the typical interview questions.
