The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2010
Interview
First round interview is a group/panel interview with 2 individuals. Questions are mostly behavioral and fit-based, i.e. "walk me through your resume", "tell me about yourself", "what do you find attractive about this position?", etc. Fairly easy interview, only lasted about 30-45 minutes. Employees posing the questions were generally friendly and down to earth.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I had a hr round and an interview with two managers. The HR called me out of the blue at 9 pm regarding the role which was fine. Few days back to back interviews one with the hiring manager and then with their Boss. Questions were basic, however they were very focused on how they are overloaded with work and everyone puts in extra hours. It was very indirectly communicated you have to put more hours, if you need ppl to work beyond their hrs hire more ppl simple! This was still fine, it’s a bank and sometimes work goes beyond the clock. The saddest part was even after a senior manger interview the HR ghosted. I wanted to send an email after the interviews to kindly decline the next steps, but then I waited to see how they proceed. To this day there’s no thank you email or even a rejection email. Companies these days take employees for granted, you cannot interview candidates and leave them ghosted. It’s so unprofessional and I would never want to
Work with such a company.
