I applied online, did about an hour long personality/skills test. Was called in for a group interview, emailed a background check, very thorough: Asked for the last 5 years of work history/including unemployment/School history/and last 10 years of living history. The group interview was a total of seven people, we all went around and introduced ourselves, Where we last worked, how long, duties, reason for leaving. Some of the different questions asked were, what did you like most and least about your job, why do you want to work for bank of America, where do you see yourself in the future/2 years in the company, How would you deal with an angry customer, etc. They want to see your personality and how you handle well with customers, be able to relate to them, and care for their needs, as well as doing your own job efficiently. They also emailed us a link showing the qualities of a teller, watch it! It is very helpful, she asks similar questions that relate to the video; like what are the key characteristics a teller needs. Got a call back, and am just waiting for an opening opportunity, then I'll hopefully interview one-on-one! Also, be one of the first people to introduce yourself, always give answers, they're looking for the most responsive person, very friendly and outgoing, you have to jump out of your comfort zone in order to be noticed.
