online tests followed by video interview before the final round interview which consisted of two interviews, one case study and one more competency based about previous experiences
Overall fairly straightforward and enjoyable process and very nice people
Overall a fairly standard IB interview. The first round is a good mix of behavoral and technical questions. Very friendly and encouraging envrioment really enjoyed getting to know my interviewer.
SHL test-->1st round-->AC
1st round was 30 min with an associate

Didn't make it to the AC (really low pass rate for the first batch of 1st round)
First round behavioral and diversity summit final round mix of behavioral and technical. Technicals were basic 3 valuation, view of markets, resume. 2 interviews for final round each 20-30 mins.
