The recruiter contacted me directly. The first round was with HR to discuss my fit in the company and the team. The second round was a technical round with 50% coding questions and 50% finance, math and stat questions. There were 2 Hiring Managers asking questions. The third Round was again the same as the previous round.

I interviewed with global head of rates strat. The interview went on-site. The hiring manager was nice but apparently he did not have a clear idea on what candidate/profiles he was after. The interview contained multiple questions about my resume but nothing in depth
