The chosen process are very unfair because they consider first external employee over their current, capable employees to fulfilling vacancies. The interview process was very short with just 4 questions.

Hiring manager and two scientists participated in the interview. They were really nice. Most questions are technical questions. One behavior question is how do you deal with a failed experiment.

Fairly casual phone interview with a panel of 3 interviewers. Each interviewer was very nice and enjoyed hearing about my work history even if it wasn't relevant to the position I applied for.
