I was interviewed by 6 people. Four at one time and two and hour later. They took their turns asking me their own question pertaining to my skills, previous projects, work environments, how I would rather work: things of that nature.

Typical questions: How did you handle a conflict with a colleague. Things like that and also asked me to describe certain projects and what techniques I did and why
Hiring manager and two scientists participated in the interview. They were really nice. Most questions are technical questions. One behavior question is how do you deal with a failed experiment.

The chosen process are very unfair because they consider first external employee over their current, capable employees to fulfilling vacancies. The interview process was very short with just 4 questions.
