I had a lunch interview beginning with a casual discussion with the supervising physician, other APPs, and support staff. At one point, it transitioned to standard interview questions. Ended with a tour of the facility.

Interview
Fairly easy process. I interviewed with several doctors who were very nice and gave a lot of details about the job requirements . I was asked typical interview questions and also asked about how I would respond in certain work situations .
i have had a phone interview, video interview, multiple recruiter calls but the hiring process can take 3-5 months. everyone is nice but it sometimes takes a while to hear back from someone with the process of the application.
